This Order may be cited as the Minister Designation Order (Precious Metals Marking Act).

Designation

The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, is hereby designated as the Minister for the purposes of the Precious Metals Marking Act.
